Indian restaurant
First time trying this place and won’t be back.Overall, abysmally small portions for the price and mediocre quality. Butter chicken and chicken biryani each were 16.The butter chicken was half the amount of any other place and mostly tasted like slightly spicy yogurt. The chicken Biryani was mushy, clumpy, mostly tasteless. The naan tastes like overcooked plain pizza dough.I think it might’ve been made 3 days ago then reheated in an oven. Seems to me like the owner has given up on the place.Interior is unappealing at best.It smells of cigs and all his take away menus on display must’ve gotten wet and dried together. The place looks disheveled and unorganized. My advice to the owner: get rid of half your menu items. The ones remaining, make sure they’re good.Clean up the place.Double the portion sizes.Try to get some economy of scale going. Good luck!
It is a small mom and pop place, however, they are very welcoming and their food was good, so please visit this place when in the area.I dined in and had a great conversation with the owners, as well as my company.
I really wanted to like this place.I believe it was a viable option at one point. But their flavors simply didn’t have it.They seem to have given up on dining in option at this point but given the abundance of similar food options few miles east, it was difficult to justify going there any more.It would be nice to see them turn it around if they are willing.
