From the moment you step in, the staff is incredibly friendly, ready to help with the self-order kiosk and offer great recommendations. I went with the Alternative Truffle Shuffle on a gluten-free bun, and it exceeded my expectations! The juicy patty was perfectly crisped, and the garlic aioli for the fries was a game-changer.

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, making it ideal for a quick bite or lunch. Just watch out for those metal chairs on the concrete - they can be noisy! Definitely my new favorite burger spot in NYC! 😍
