I recently visited Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard and had a delightful experience! 🌟
The casual atmosphere is perfect for a family outing, and I loved their breakfast menu. The Breakfast Burrito was bursting with flavors, and the side of crispy hash browns complemented it perfectly.
We couldn’t leave without trying the frozen custard - definitely a must! The chocolate lava flavor was rich and creamy, a treat for any sweet tooth!
They also have a wheelchair-accessible entrance and outdoor seating for those sunny days. I'll be back soon! 🍔🍦
I have done many reviews here on Google but hands down the best customer service I have ever received was at this good times restaurant. The manager was the gentleman who took our order. He was patient, polite, and witty. The entire crew there was very professional. We received our food and pulled around, I exited our vehicle and went to the walk up window. Now mind you I have been told that I look very intimidating, I asked to speak to the manager and the young man nervously agreed to get him. As the manager approached the window I could see that my intimidating appearance had made him nervous, I quickly informed him that they had done nothing wrong and that I just wanted to praise him and his crew for a job well done. We have never experienced that level of customer service and wish we could've done something more. Keep up the good work, oh and the only reason for the 4 stars on the food is because I am a macaroni and cheese lover and honestly not one of my top 10 but the customer service trumped any negative issues. thanks again.10 out of 10

Great food but if you’re going to name a burger BBQ anything you should probably put on more than a tablespoon of BBQ sauce

I haven't eaten at good times in over a year and thought I would give it a try.The burgers are not as good as they used to be.It tasted more like a cheap frozen patty.The fries were good, and the rootbeer float was great, but the hamburger was far less than expected.It was overpriced for a fast food restaurant.$53 for 3 people
