Ginger Sue's in Olathe is a delightful breakfast haven! 🌞 I tried the Carrot Cake Pancake special and it was divine - fluffy, perfectly spiced, and not too sweet. My husband absolutely enjoyed the Crab Eggs Benedict, and the breakfast potatoes were the star of the meal, crispy with so much flavor!
