Garbanzo

The food here is delicious! You'll definitely have garlic/onion breath until the next day, but it was so good! From the chicken, the hummus, the chickpeas, the rice, cabbage, pickled onion, and the tzazichi sauce.
Can't wait to come back for more!

First of all, I want to give a great shoutout to Indigo who fulfilled our order.
He was very nice and professional.
The restaurant was SPOT-LESS and I was very impressed by the presentation of the food. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has diminished greatly since I visited this location (before the pandemic).
My husband loves loves loves Garbanzos and has wanted to come here since we were running errands in the Springs this day.
After a few bites he said "I remember this being a lot better." And I agreed that it used to be much better! He got the gyro plate and I got a side of Tabbouleh and a side of Babaganoush.
Tabbouleh is supposed to be a lot of tomatoe, parsley, mint, lemon and a little- very little bulgar wheat.
This was a bulgar wheat salad with very small touches of tomatoe and also cucumber.
That's it.
No other flavor.
It was so dry- I had to take sips of soda with each bite to be able to swallow it and finally gave up. Now the soda.
This tractor company soda that Garbanzo's has adopted is TERRIBLE! My husband got what should be coke- it was a cinnamon tasting soda.
Awful! I got a cherry cream soda and it had a diet style aftertaste.
I was really disappointed in the drink selection because there was nothing "regular" to choose from.
You had lemongrass, cucumber, and blood orange flavor sodas along with what we chose- and the tea was just as unknown/new. While the service was phenomenal the place was very neat and clean, and veterans get a 10% discount.....unsure if we will come back due to the taste of the food- which is sad because we love mediterranean food!

We have been here numerous times and have always had a great experience.
Went on 10/17/23 and the people working there we had never seen before.
My wife and i Ordered a stuff pita.
The server went thru 3 or 4 pitas trying to cut them open.
Mine ended up barley cut open and tasted half cooked.
They put all the ingredients that I wanted in my stuffed pita into a bowl.
Never have they done that before.
What normally used to have plenty of ingredients both Mine and my wife's pita was about half of what used to be served.
Everything was cold and unappetizing.
Will have to think twice about coming back. Update: 4/25/24 went back to see if anything changed.
Ordered a stuffed pita.
Had to eat it with a fork because they could cut open the pita correctly therefor the ingredients were only in half of the pita.
This place used to be a place to get a good stuffed pita.
Also they didnt have any roasted veggies or Baba ghanoush.
This will be my last time coming here.
