Full Moon Bar-B-Que

We were looking for a food place that didn't serve hamburgers and wound up at Full Moon BBQ.
Upon arriving, we told the cashier we were 1st time customers.
We asked a few questions but ultimately went with the Smoked Turkey sandwich with Chow Chow and BBQ sauce and a side of Cole Slaw and a drink to complete the meal.
The sandwich came out with 4 thick slices of turkey and a side of BBQ sauce that had a whisper of steam coming off of it.
I truly loved the aura and atmosphere inside.
Although there is only 25-30 seats in the restaurant, the photos that hung on the wall dated back decade's and were historical.
Alot of pictures were dedicated to Alabama Football and Auburn coaches and athletes.
I even found an autographed photo by Coach John Calipari of the 2012 Kentucky Men's NCAA Basketball Championship team.
This restaurant establishment was totally awesome! The service was fantastic and fast! Highly recommended if you're ever in downtown Birmingham, stop by Full Moon BBQ!!! I'm absolutely sure you won't be disappointed.

I decided to make a pit stop at full moon barbecue on my way to the airport after a business trip in Birmingham, Alabama.
I was not disappointed.
It’s a little corner-street barbecue place you could easily drive by without knowing it exists.
I walked in and found an establishment that strives to be friendly and provides great food at a reasonable price.
My choice was a simple meal: a half rack of pork ribs and some sweet tea.
The ribs were tender and pretty much perfect.
The tea was Alabama sweeeet! I will make sure I return in the very near future for an even more substantial lunch portion at this nice restaurant!

Talk about the Best Bar-B-Que in this Solar System...!!! You better Hurry if ya want a seat at the lunch Table..
You can catch up on all the Alabama Sports events too!! Best Hang out spot in Birmingham location!! Like the sign says "Best little Pork House in Alabama!" They have been Smoking the good stuff over 35 years! Tradition since 1986!! But seriously.
Not enough food..then definately try some of the Deserts!! The Chocolate Chip Cookie Receipe is in a guarded local bank valult!! It took me Days to devour them Cookies jus one nibble at a time!!!
