Fu Kee Express is a gem in Raleigh’s dining scene! For just $1, the delicious variety of Chinese comfort food exceeds expectations. I ordered the spicy tofu with veggies and was blown away by the freshness and flavor. The owner, Mike, is incredibly kind and you can feel the love in each dish.

Though I waited a bit during peak hours, the food was prepared quickly and ready for pickup when I arrived. I also tried the crab rangoons and sweet and sour chicken - both were delightful!

This is a must-visit for anyone, even if you're just passing through! 🌟
