Forchetta is a delightful Italian gem tucked inside the DoubleTree by Hilton in Charlotte. The atmosphere radiates warmth with its cozy decor - perfect for a solo dinner or a romantic evening!

I indulged in the rich lasagna, with its flavorful meat sauce, and ended my meal with the cheesecake, which was simply divine. The service was attentive, and the complimentary bread with olive oil was a lovely touch!

Even though there was a brief wait to be seated, it was well worth it. Can’t wait to return for another taste of Italy! 🍽️
