Can’t get orders right.Place is absolutely filthy.$40.00 for 2 sandwiches that wasn’t even made right.Don’t try to have them make it right, that’s a waste of time.Will not be back to this location

i came in for a mobile order.Apparently they moved their online pick up counter over by the bathrooms (because obviously thats where it should go 🤮) The employees all ignored me when i came in and avoided looking at me. After i got home and opened the box, i noticted that it looked odd.It didnt look how a normal sandwhich from firehouse would, the bread was really light colored and kind of stale.My sandwhich was missing half of what was supposed to be on it and it tasted funny.The next morning my stomach was hurtingg.This isnt the first time ive gotten sick at this location, ive been coming here since i was a child.It used to be really good, but the past couple of months its gone downhill.Its always dirty, the food looks questionable and the employees either ignore you or have an attitude.They also like to close early with no warning, so make sure they are open before placing a mobile order.

They had no Microwave to cook the onions and peppers.They also didn't have any meatballs for the subs.Not good.And please don't ever ask me to go online to complete your responsibilities as an employee.I'm not on the payroll, you are.I took a look at other complaints recently and these problems have been persistent for a year.No one within the company seems to care about the customers concerns.The company knows, it's time for the local media to respond.ASAP!
