September 21, 2024Emilia in downtown Knoxville is a cozy gem! 🌟 We dined there last night, and the Carbonara was some of the best pasta I've ever tasted - rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My partner enjoyed the Mafalde, which was equally delightful.
For dessert, the Butterscotch Budino was a showstopper! Sweet but not too rich.✨
Our server Davy was outstanding, offering warm service with thoughtful dish recommendations. The only downside? We felt a bit cramped at our table but overall, a lovely dining experience that I would recommend for anyone craving authentic Italian! 🍝🍷
