I recently dined at Edgar's Bistro and was genuinely impressed! 🍽️ Located within Helms College, this restaurant offers a unique experience as it's run by culinary students. I enjoyed the cherry glazed duck salad, perfectly complemented by a crisp sauvignon blanc.

The service was attentive - my server even brought extra lemon for my water without me asking! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for any occasion.

Though they're currently open seasonally from Wednesday to Friday, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. I'll definitely be back to support these talented students! 🌟
