Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a true gem in Austin! 🦞 The atmosphere is both cozy and upscale, perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. I indulged in the exquisite lobster bisque and their signature oysters, which were fresh and flavorful. The happy hour cocktails are fantastic too - I highly recommend the refreshing grapefruit mojito.

Don’t skip dessert; the chocolate soufflé is heaven on a plate! 🍫
