Fat Dragon is a delightful hidden gem in Austin! 🥡 We recently visited for dinner, and the casual vibe was perfect for a relaxed evening. I ordered the pork soup dumplings, which were nicely filled, though the wrapping was a bit thick.
The ginger flavor was present, but a touch salty for my taste. My partner tried the twice-cooked pork - loaded with flavor but incredibly spicy! We will definitely experiment with other dishes on our next visit.
