Placed an online pickup order for the first time because I thought it would be good based off of the reviews.
It was mediocre food and my bacon was burnt …

Our first time here.
AMAZING! I got the chicumi steak wrap (added avacado) with chips and queso.
My husband got the Blue Cheese Bacon burger with sweet potato fries.
Love the atmosphere.

Second time here and still hoping that I will love it but ...
nope.
There's a good selection of food with menus for gluten-free, breakfast and all-day.
This time I had the veggie burger and my companion had one of the breakfast wraps.
The veggie party was horrible - dry and tasteless.
The wrap was OK but felt like something you could get at the supermarket for half the price.
Everything was definitely overpriced for the (lack of) quality.
The worst part of the meal was probably the coffee.
It was so bad we just switched to water. Service both times was lacking.
The first time I was there some months ago, the order taker didn't know basic questions about the food and just stared at me with a frozen smile.
This time around, the person didn't hand us order numbers, mugs or silverware, so we had to keep walking to and fro from the counter.
