Italian restaurant
We had brunch on Sunday, the weather was nice so all the doors were opened. It was great until a homeless man from the parking lot came into the restaurant to use the restroom. Then, as we pulled out our wallets to pay the bill, the homeless man came over to our table and proceeded to lean his body onto my date and make a comment about his hair. I don't think we'll be back.Service that day was too slow for us, too.The food was ok....we wanted to try more menu items someday, but we didn't pay all that money for brunch with a side of a homeless guy.

We're sorry to hear that this encounter with a person experiencing homelessness impacted your experience at Juliet.
First time at Juliet’s, the interior is really nice, I love the colors in there. The service was alright, we went in for lunch and felt like we were rushed to finish our lunch pay and leave. Also I notice once our pasta came out our server didn’t even offer fresh Parmesan like other tables got. The food was just ok, i ordered the calamari and it came out right away which tells me it wasn’t freshly cooked and was sitting in an warmer for some time, also the calamari wasnt even batter properly and wasn’t crispy at all.The chicken fettuccini was abit watery and bland, no flavor to it that I had to add salt.
Owner response
Hi Annie, we're sorry you felt rushed during your meal, as that is never our intention. We take pride in following the Italian motto of "La Dolce Vita", where guests can enjoy the meal at whatever pace they prefer. We also prepare our items fresh to order, so are disappointed to hear the calamari weren't crispy when they got to your table. We'd like to make things right - please reach out to us in advance of your next visit, so we can get you set up with a discount/gift card (and some crispy calamari!!).
The pizza was buttery delicious. The butter lettuce salad was very fresh and tasty. The gluten free penne pasta was cooked in a way that made it gummy. The marinara sauce was soup-like.
Owner response
Elaine - thanks for letting us know about the gluten-free pasta. We're so sorry to hear it missed the mark, and truly value your feedback. We've passed this information on directly to the kitchen team.If you choose to visit Juliet again in the future, please feel free to reach out to us in advance so we can make it right with a discount/gift card.
