Just for reference, I'm a northerner that wanted to try Southern food and my niece recommended Eats.
I had the Lemon Chicken combo that came with rice, beans and cornbread.
The chicken was prepared well, but not a lot of flavor, the rice and beans were fine (when doused with hot sauce) and the cornbread was so dry I couldn't eat it.
Again maybe because I'm a Yankee, but I wasn't impressed.

Great food!!! Quick on the go type of dining experience.
It's definitely a local gem.
The lemon pepper chicken is delicious!

My first visit was good this place was super busy over lunch place was clean with a steady flow of business You can choose from 5 meats and about 12 sides as well as daily specials The fresh veggies were amazing I had chicken lasagna and I didn't care for it however my salad and the lemon pepper chicken made up for that Parking is ok however traffic was terrible in the area that's WHY I took off 1 Star I will try again in the summer
