Cook Out

I’ve been to Cook Outs a few times, and it’s absolutely panic attack inducing every single time trying to order off their complete disaster of a menu. On top of that, the kid taking my order barely spoke louder than a whisper, so I had no clue what the hell he was saying half the time I was anxiety ridden, trying to order. After finally getting my order done, I was just ready to get out of there.
I got my food, and went home.
It was only after I got home that I realize that my order was wrong.
My burger was missing the tomato, even though it was clearly on the receipt that I was supposed to have “everything” on it. On top of that, the nuggets I got as one of my side was the saddest three dry little nugs I’ve ever seen. The bummer is the patties in the burger itself were actually cooked better than most fast food spots.
All the negatives make it hard for me to recommend, though… That said, their huge milkshake selection is pretty incredible.

I came to this location around 9:15pm-9:30pm almost 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 of the double cheese burgers with lettuce & tomato & they added bacon as well.
Also had the caramel shake.
Couple hours after eating I felt sick to my stomach 🤢🤢 the next day I couldn’t even move, and I kept throwing up for about 2-3 days couldn’t even enjoy my mini trip to ATL.
I got a stomach bug from this location.
Diarrhea and a headache 🤕 I had called the corporate location and she reassured me she’ll send compensation..
the compensation was “complimentary tray coupons” to eat at cookout again..
must be a joke!! I will never go to cookout again I promise you!!!

Horrible location.
All of the tables were dirty.
Cheese fries barely had fries and the cheese barely covered them.
They wanted to charge an extra .50 for more cheese.
My bacon ranch wrap didn’t have ranch.
The burger was disgusting and dry.
I’m very disappointed.
First and last time coming to this location.
