I don't know if this is a new location and they're working out the kinks or if they have staff that's like, trying to get fired for some reason? But I went through the drive-thru and they just wouldn't respond to me, wouldn't tell me how much I owed wouldn't tell me whether I should drive up to the second window or not, there were cars pulled up waiting to get their orders out of the line.When they finally gave me my singular frozen coffee, it was more like barely crushed up ice with weird syrup floating in it and it's not blended together, and it's got the wrong order typed on it.I pointed that out and say I think they gave me the wrong drink and she says no she just input into the register wrong but it's the right drink and I taste it and it doesn't taste right.I told her this doesn't taste right and she just says okay and stares at me zoned out and closes the window LOL...I can't tell if she was like, just stoned or had social anxiety or was just super checked out but something wasn't right. I just gave up on getting the right drink and threw it out.It tasted off and I didn't trust it.How hard is it to dump things in a blender and hit blend? But I was more confused by the weird atmosphere from the people working there, multiple employees were just standing there staring and laughing at the customers in the drive through as we were waiting for our items. Like, I get that working in a fast food restaurant is not a fun job, but why are you here then? It was just very weird vibes and very unprofessional service.I don't consider myself some sort of Karen and I don't need fast food employees to suck up to me or even pretend to not hate their job, I've been there done that worked awful jobs where I was counting down the hours until I could quit so I sympathize.But I think expecting the bare minimum of "take my order, correctly input it into a register, then give me the item I paid money for" isn't too much to ask.I won't be surprised if this location is closed in a couple months.
Not sure what’s going on , but I’m a regular customer but and ever since the remodel , the service has been disappointing customer service.My food has been cooked wrong, missing order item, burned bread, and long waits.
I do not care if i sound like a “Karen”, because this is absolutely ridiculous.I have tried to give Dunkin’ multiple chances and yet I am always disappointed.Either no one is at the window, the service is rude or the coffee is just disgusting.I just gave them my last chance and I am not even surprised I was disappointed, I ordered a simple vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, the service was rude, and the coffee just tasted burnt and bitter.How do you even manage to mess up a vanilla iced coffee? I will no longer be wasting my money at Dunkin’ and neither should you.
