I recently stopped by Donatos Pizza in Easton Market, and while the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, my experience was a bit mixed.

The pepperoni pizza was cheesy, with a crispy crust that I loved. 🍕 However, I faced a hiccup with my order - it arrived wrong. After a little wait, I spoke to the manager, Miles, who was incredibly helpful. He took ownership of the issue and remade my order with a smile, which definitely improved my impression of the place.

I can see why it’s popular for lunch and dinner, but I hope they work on their service speed. Will return for that pizza! 😊
