Order #: 300 Date: 03/17/2024 6:42PM It took over an hour for the pizza to arrive.We called the store, and the poor girl staffing the phones told me she only had one driver available on St.Patrick's Day.She said she'd get it sent as soon as someone was there. I asked if it wasn't cold by now, she assured me not.I was skeptical, but I took her at her word.She said if it was that I could call back and get a refund. When it arrived, not only was it cold, half the order was wrong.I stopped the driver, and he said to call the store for a refund.When I called the store back, it appeared that the call queue had been deactivated--normally the auto-queue answers, but this time it just rang and rang until the phone disconnected. I want to be abundantly clear: this is neither the fault of the person who answered the phone nor the driver.I do not know how one possibly decides to staff a single driver at your pizza delivery franchise on St.Patrick's Day. Not only is this a bad restaurant, it's faults squarely belong management and ownership.

Order #1125 Walked in at 8:50pm for a 2 medium pizza carryout.I was told about 20 minutes then watched a single employee work for over 40 minutes.I finally asked where my order was and was told another 15 minutes before it would be ready.He was understandably frustrated with the line of tickets that he was handling by himself.This poor man had two drivers but no one to help him with the numerous tickets.Somebody get this man some help.There is no reason for him to be by himself with hour long ticket times.I can’t fault the guy by himself but I want my money back

When I stay I almost gave up on you guys !!! Raleigh, North Carolina.!! Yall might be the best Domino’s in the United States
