My visit to Culver’s was a showcase of exceptional service and quality food.We started with the walleyed fish and broccoli, both of which were excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the broccoli was fresh and flavorful.I also ordered a burger with broccoli and fries, and although the burger initially arrived overcooked, the staff handled the situation with impressive professionalism. They were apologetic and promptly made me a new burger that was nothing short of perfection - easily the best burger I’ve ever had.Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, making the dining experience outstanding. The service was top-notch, and the attentive staff made us feel valued.I highly recommend Culver’s to anyone in search of great food complemented by excellent service. It’s a testament to how a restaurant should be run.
So I left with lunch and a snack for later.Deluxe 2 patty bacon burger, fries, and drink.I added a pint of custard.19 bucks.Chocolate oreo overload.Great name.False advertising. As pictured 1/3 of the way thru no OVERLOAD.It's more like I was sold a load. Now, I'm not getting any cookie overload.I started looking at the container.I noticed I'd bought an "overlabel" product.Perishable? Isn't using a container that was labeled for a perishable product 4 months prior now on the shelf with a different product flavor labeled over it a health violation? Very questionable to me.Are they washing and reusing containers? I would hope not, but I see no other reason why I got this.If that's the case, this is serious. We are put in a situation now where we pay a fortune for basics.Disappointed one of the "trusted" restaurants would do this. *****UPDATE****** On about 10/23, someone from Culver's called. It was a huge debate."I know what he did, but he didn't mean to." Excuse after excuse. After 5 min.going round and round, the conversation ended with a click! Food safety is imperative, and whoever called me, I'm not sure they understood that."But he didn't reuse the container." She repeated.Restaurant people who just don't know food safety is still my opinion.OH, BTW.The actual product that never got discussed. It had hardly any oreo in it.That alone was a rip-off.OREO OVERLOAD was a complete joke.So it looks like I've lost my purchase money.
