Copacabana Restaurant is a gem tucked away in Pike Place Market! 🌟 I dined solo for lunch and absolutely loved the rooftop seating, where the views of the bustling market and Puget Sound were breathtaking.

I ordered the salmon a la huancaína, and it did not disappoint - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor! The cinnamon roll was a delightful surprise as I browsed the breakfast menu.

Jeremy, my waiter, was attentive and truly enhanced my experience. Quick service and cozy atmosphere made it the highlight of my Seattle trip! Can’t wait to return for that margarita pitcher... 🍹✨
