Patagōn is a delightful gem nestled in The Charter Hotel Seattle! 🌟

I visited for brunch and was blown away by the huckleberry French toast. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - pure perfection! The salmon Benedict was equally impressive, rich and satisfying.

Our server, Tim, was attentive and even surprised the mothers with tulips - what a sweet gesture! The atmosphere is cozy yet trendy, making it perfect for groups or a romantic outing.

If you’re in Seattle, don’t miss this place for an unforgettable meal! 😋
