Andaluca Restaurant in Seattle's Mayflower Park Hotel is a delightful surprise! 🌟 I enjoyed breakfast, and the atmosphere was both cozy and elegant. I tried the pancakes topped with pear, ginger, and cardamom - absolutely delicious! My wife loved her yogurt and granola, and the fresh fruit was bursting with flavor.

The service was top-notch, with our server being attentive and friendly. I also heard great things about their Turkish apricot waffles, though they might be too sweet for some.

I'm definitely coming back to try dinner and that famous duck! 🍽️
