Von's 1000 Spirits is an absolute gem tucked in downtown Seattle! 🌆 The sourdough pasta is a must-try - chewy, homemade, and so delightful, especially the pesto sauce that perfectly balances richness without being too greasy.

The bang bang chicken was a favorite too, with its perfect sweet and sour flavor. ✨ Our server, Taylor, was attentive even on a busy Thursday night, making us feel well looked after.

While the patty melt could use a bit more sauce and onions, the gooey cheese and perfectly toasted sourdough made up for it. Don't miss their happy hour either - great drink selection! 🍹 Can't wait to return!
