This was our first time trying cook out and we were highly disappointed.After we ordered and the Guy was reading it back to us he said spicy chicken sandwiches.I stopped him at that time and said we didn't want anything spicy.We just want it regular chicken sandwiches.He said ok and continued reading the order.When we got to the window I asked again "those Chicken sandwiches spicy right?" He responded by saying yeah they're crispy.Completely disregarding what I was asking. We also ordered two burgers which tasted almost like they had been boiled in water.After we received our food, we pulled over in a nearby gas station just to check everything.The fries were cold, the chicken sandwiches were spicy and the burgers tasted terrible.We literally just tossed all the food in a gas station trash and ordered food from a food truck that was near by.This was a quick waste of $38.We will not be visiting cook out again.

If you want a cooked burger, don’t come here.My burger was pink in the middle, fries were cold, and cheese bites were hard.I really should have asked for a full refund but I was already home by the time I noticed this uncooked food.
This review is from an employee’s standpoint.I worked here for a week and this location was probably the worst I’ve experienced in a fast food restaurant.The managers are very rude all they care about is getting bonuses, meeting service times not regarding customer’s orders or what the customers needs are overall just extremely unprofessional.Doesn’t matter if their is an issue with the customers order they demand to see a receipt and practically act like the customer is lying about not getting their items.The managers are in the back yelling at employees to hand out food while trying to take customers orders.It’s sad and I’m sure this is the reason they aren’t able to keep employees.
