My bowl was made wrong, portions were definitely under, and service pretty disappointing! I called to make my issue heard, the response I received was…”take it up with door dash” Well guess what chipotle??!!!! Door dash didn’t make my food INCORRECT!!! It’s not their fault I ordered a $21 burrito bowl and received half of what I paid for!!! What ever happened to fixing the problem, or correcting the issue??!!! That’s all I asked for! No money back!! I just wanted to return this and go back to get what I ordered.Evidently those in house problems/issues are no longer repaired!
Every time I order online pickup they jip me on burrito/bowl size, even if you ask for extra rice.They give me a good size portion when ordering at the store but I don’t like the sneakiness from Chipotle.Have had this happen at other locations as well, I guess I’ll stop using the app and ordering online.

I ordered a barbacoa burrito with cheese, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, the spicy salsa and sour cream.Now listen to this...What was delivered was a burrito with lettuce, sour cream a few tomatoes and corn salsa.It was literally the size of a hot pocket.It was as if it was a joke.I plan on going to the store and contacting corporate.I don't drive at night so theres nothing I can do at this moment.
