I just LOVE this Chili's location.
I'm not really a fan of suburban corporate chain restaurants, but whoever runs this place is doing a GREAT job.
I have made it in here about three times a year since 2016, and of course, there is turnover, but the employees are always fantastic, and the vibe here is always friendly.
I enjoyed hearing the employees singing in the kitchen this evening just before closing.
That's the kind of place where I want to eat!

I want to pause a moment on a busy Veteran’s Day to thank the kindness of Chili’s to provide a free meal to Vets.
This is an extremely nice thing to do every year and obviously popular.
The staff, all of them, were friendly and hospitable.
My server Molly was especially pleasant.
I served for 26 years and enjoyed each day.
Thank you Chili’s!!

This was the second time that my fiance and I went to this location.
The first time our food was made wrong and our appetizer was raw.
The manager was super polite and remade our food and discounted us and we tip 20% so had no issue with that really.
This time we were hoping they would get the food right which they did the food was amazing.
But the service was terrible.
The hostess paid more attention to us then the waitress did and the busser had to get us the payment tablet because for some reason the waitress had taken that off our table.
She also took the drink special menu off of our table and did not try to upsell us on anything.
Our drinks were empty and she did not offer to refill them.
The hostess who was a very polite bleach blonde lady, did let us know about drink specials that she would recommend and came to check on how the drinks were after we got them.
Honestly it would have been better if she was our waitress.
It seems that we cannot win here.
We either get great food or we get great service never both.
Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this location.
Both my fiance and I work full-time in the food industry so we understand that sometimes things are busy but our waitress only had three other tables in her seating area so there was really no reason for her neglecting us so much.
Irregardless we still did tip her although not as well as we did the waitress on our first visit as she did not do nearly as good of a job.
