It was just crazy busy.Ordered our food to go because there were no empty tables.As we were paying, a table opened up so we grabbed it.
I wish there was more indoor seating, but I know they has a limited amount of space.
I constantly brag about Chick-fil-A service.Out of the five times that I have gone to this location recently my order has been messed up three of them.Everyone is still very nice and the food is good, but I think they just need to slow down.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had a Chick-Fil-A.We’ve been here for about 30minutes now.Pulled up to drive thru and was asked to pull up to the sign, because our order wasn’t ready.We waited while several cars were served.Went back to the window to see what was causing the delay.Was told they had given our order to someone else.Then was told there was a hold on tenders.I agreed to substitute for a sandwich instead.Order was brought out and it was wrong.Went in the store for a refund.
Was given a refund and they were kind enough to get us the correct order.
Worst experience ever!
