Chick-fil-A at 5055 Brookhaven Rd is a mixed bag. 🌪️ While I encountered some service confusion - no cheese on my sandwich, and my BBQ sauce was MIA - the chicken sandwich itself was outstanding! Perfectly crispy and deliciously toasted. 🍗

The drive-thru layout was a bit awkward, but they handled the lunch rush surprisingly well. I wish the fries were hotter and my peach milkshake had more flavor, while the staff's enthusiasm could've used a boost. Overall, I appreciate the fast food quality, but consistency is key... 🍟✨
