Had to change my review due to a bad experience on 11/23/2023.
I came to the drive thru and the artificial intelligence voice took my order and asked me if I wanted to upgrade my drink to a slushie.
I asked how much for the up charge and the automated voice stated that it had to get someone to assist me.
A real lady came on shortly with a very nasty attitude and said “1.50” twice.
She said it as if I were bothering her.
She then proceeds to tell me that since I interrupted the artificial voice thing, that I had to get out of line and go back around and come back through to order.
That’s just crazy when she, as a real person could have simply taken my order.
Just lazy.
If the A.I thing can’t answer questions , a real capable person needs to be there ready and willing to take orders.
I will not waste my time again.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker.
I said hello many times.
No one responded.
I went next door to get some seafood.
I look up and two guys come from the back and go into the kitchen area.
Another car pulls up and gets service.

What a surreal experience.
First impressions there are no dining chairs so we weren't sure if the location was open.
The manager on duty was very nice but she was also very frustrated, she did the best she could considering she had no help.
Avoid.
