During my recent lunchtime adventure at Champ Bento, I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable prices! 🍱 The standout for me was the shio salmon onigiri - perfectly salted, and only around $5 each. One or two made a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, which is rare in San Jose!

This cozy little spot, a delightful offshoot of Champ Ramen, feels like a hidden gem. However, do note that it’s temporarily closed for now, so I’m looking forward to going back when they reopen! 🤞🏻...
