I tried a few things from this restaurant but the only thing I really liked was the fried pizza. It's a bit different than what you get in Naples. It's essentially fried dough with toppings, but it's pretty delicious so I would recommend that if you go here. Also as others have already mentioned, the seating is a little tight so keep that in mind if you are planning to eat inside.
A decent, non tourist trap restaurant near the Colosseum can be a rare thing, but this tiny, almost hole in the wall eatery qualifies. It’s cramped, and the high stools are uncomfortable. But the food is tasty, prices very reasonable and the service friendly and quick. We loved the gnochi, the amatriciana, the sausages in white wine snd the cutlet. The escarole with pine nuts and baked potatoes were kinda meh.We really loved that they gave us free snacks while we waited for a table, and free mini doughnuts to takeaway after the meal. Will be back if I’m in Rome again.
This is a hidden gem! The food is wonderful and the service is excellent.Marco was an incredible host.He provided great service and a fun atmosphere. The place is small but well worth it to either sit inside or to take with you.You can find traditional dishes that are delicious but also try dishes that might be non traditional like the deep fried pizza.I would definitely recommend this place.
