The best food we’ve had in Italy and the best dining experience so far.
It rivals Michelin star restaurants we’ve been to before.
I have a feeling this is going to become one of the best known high end restaurants in Rome soon

Delicious michelin level dishes especially the pasta with beef amazing dish! The restaurant could use a little background music.

We had a wonderful dinner at Ineo, a new restaurant in Rome that opened in February 2023.
The chef, Heros De Agostinis, is a master of metissage, a French word that means the mixing or blending of different races, cultures, or elements.
Chef Heros creates dishes that combine flavors and techniques from various cuisines around the world with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations. Our five course tasting menu started with five different flavors of amuse bouche, each one a bite-sized explosion of taste.
Some of our favorites from the menu: wild line caught amberjack, fermented cucumber, wasabi and yuzu, nashi pear and jalapeno; autumn vegetables ceviche; handmade filled ravioli with braised oxtail sauce; homemade bread cart; and spicy dark chocolate ganache and calamansi citrus fruit. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly.
The atmosphere was elegant and cozy.
The restaurant is located on the Piazza della Repubblica, in the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a historical building with a view of the fountain and the basilica. We highly recommend Ineo to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience in Rome.
