Hostaria Isidoro is a delightful find just outside the tourist hustle near the Colosseum. The ambiance is casual yet cozy, perfect for a romantic evening or family outing. I indulged in the carbonara, which was rich and flavorful, and the staff's enthusiasm for their dishes was contagious. They kindly accommodated my request for a vegetarian option not on the menu. The wine selection was impressive, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable! A must-visit for anyone wanting authentic Italian cuisine in Rome... 🍷
