Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in.
I’ve been here three times and have sat in line for over 20-30 minutes each time because they’re not capable of taking an order at the speaker while also helping someone at the window. I’ve wasted my lunch break just sitting in a damn drive thru… I sat in line today for 10 minutes, never got to place an order, and just backed out of the line and went to Cookout and placed my order and received it in less than 5 mins.
I’ll never go here again. The Prius in my picture was there when I pulled up over 10 minutes ago.
Still there after leaving! And the person in front of me was told to hold….
there’s also NOBODY in the lobby.

The drive thru associate and order taker was very pleasant.
However, the food that I received was undercooked on ALL levels.
The fish, shrimp and Okra were all undercooked! It appears as if the worker placed seasoning and butter and sent out the grilled items🤮.
I could not go back to the restaurant and get a refund because I was headed to work and I work night shift.
Service there is usually not like this as I have been several times.
Hopefully this was just a busy day.

Tabletops could have been cleaner. Restroom (ladies) had no toilet paper. Other than that, the food was hot and good...and we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for our food. I would definitely eat there again.
