I recently visited Cajun Cafe in Penn Square Mall, and while the casual atmosphere was inviting, my experience was unfortunately below expectations.

I ordered the Bourbon chicken with rice, hoping for a hearty meal. The chicken was actually quite tough and had a strange taste, while the rice seemed old and unappetizing.

What really stood out was the unhelpful service; the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming. I think there’s potential here, especially with quick comfort food, but they need improvements in both food quality and customer service...

I hope they can turn things around! 😊
