I recently dined at Ember Modern American Tavern, located in the Renaissance Waterford Hotel, and it was a delightful experience!

The ambiance is trendy, perfect for groups or solo dining. I highly recommend the Oklahoma burger with chips - it's a must-try! The country fried steak was equally impressive; rich comfort food at its finest.

Service was friendly, though there was a hiccup with my friend’s order - it lacked bacon, which was surprising. However, our server Laura was charming and attentive!

Definitely a great spot for breakfast or lunch... I can’t wait to go back! 😃
