The Red Cup is an absolute gem for anyone who loves vegetarian cuisine! 🌱 I tried the Vagabond tofu scramble and it was bursting with flavor - potatoes, broccoli, and a rich cashew cheese sauce, all served quickly despite the lunch crowd. The atmosphere is cozy and artistic, making it an inviting spot for breakfast or lunch.

I also couldn’t get enough of the hot chocolate! ☕️ While the service was a bit hit-or-miss - our cashier seemed grumpy - the overall experience was delightful. I can't wait to go back and try more from their extensive menu. 🌟
