Fabulous pictures! THANKS!! Love all your details !
Second visit here.First visit was excellent.Had the chorizo empanada breakfast, food came fast, service was good. The second visit, not so great.Server was completely overwhelmed, and the older lady did nothing to help him.She finally helped seat us after we stood there for some time. She should at least help bus and seat customers instead of just standing there. The food was worse as well.Tried the fruit pancrepe, fruit parfait, and mango banana smoothie. The pancrepe did not taste good - better off as a regular Crepe.Coffee at coffee bar was cold.
Went to grab some breakfast here and was a bit disappointed. This is more of a late night joint so it’s usually jumping with people later in the day/night.I’ve been for late night eats before. We walked right in, no wait, and were told by the guys behind the counter to grab menus to sit wherever we liked.Cool by me. We sat near the window out of the way.The tables were cleared off but a bit sticky and so were the menus. There was a small, straight, reddish or burgundy hair in my menu smh.The waitress was nice and came to take our order about 10mins later. Alright.Still giving it a go.Waitress comes back with the food and drops the entire order, less one plate all over. She tried to bring all the food out at once with a little help from another person. It was very hot and with no tray. The only plate we asked for eggs with no cheese, welp it had cheese. We asked for the entire order to be remade. The other person helping her helped clean up while she collected herself. It’s an honest mistake. We get the new food quickly. The cook in the back was quick with orders. We could see him from where we were sitting. No direct hit at him.I think this is more at the ingredients. The eggs tasted like egg substitute which is fine but I see why they put cheese, otherwise no taste.I had French toast. It literally tasted like bread.I put syrup on twice and it was not good. The waitress and all the staff encountered were nice.Well, the waitress was up until we declined to go boxes with quite a bit of food left on the table and asked for the check. She brought my card and the receipt to sign without saying thank you. While I did tip her for effort I’m sure others would not have. I’m sure this is not consistent of every day or time.I’d say I wouldn’t go for breakfast and probably won’t go back to this location.
