Cacho's Bistro is a must-visit spot in Sawmill Market! 🌮 We stopped by for brunch and were instantly drawn to their impressive selection of arepas. I ordered the sirloin and grilled veggies arepa - absolutely mouthwatering! The beans were cooked to perfection, and the ambiance is perfectly cozy.

We also indulged in a Pernil Cachapa. While I'd recommend skipping the extra green chiles, the overall flavor was delightful! Expect prompt service and live music that adds a special touch. Can't wait to return for more! 😍
