I am flabbergasted, angry, and disappointed all at the same time. This Burger King used to be one of the best around. It is now a broken shell of its former glory. Not only was the sandwich disgusting, but all the toppings and vegetables were poorly presented. The fries were soggy and seemed to be half-cooked. The service was slow, and it took 23min to get my food after I ordered it.
There were only 3 people in the restaurant. If I am going to pay 10$ for a hamburger, the least you can do is make it look edible.

I very rarely eat fast food like McDonald’s, BK, etc., but sometimes I get a strange craving from childhood memories to eat some BK so we found the closest one to us in the city and had some coupons so we went.
The service was nice and it was clean enough but the food was way better 10-20 years ago.
I had BK a couple years ago and felt the same.
The quality of the food has just gone downhill over time and we both had immediate stomachaches after we left.
We probably won’t eat at BK again.

The food was ok but I've never seen a restaurant be willing to lose business because they are stingy with ketchup packets .
Seriously he gave me like 4-5 and I asked for extras because I like ketchup and he told me sir we can't just give out ketchup like that.
I know I'm being petty but seriously I've never been denied ketchup packets before
