Chuanyu Fusion 川渝食府 is a gem nestled in Oklahoma City! 😍 I recently visited with a group and was pleasantly surprised by the gourmet quality of the food. We indulged in the scallion pancakes and beef shank noodle bowl - both simply fantastic! The dishes are huge, making it great value for money.

While the service was a bit slow due to being short-staffed, our server was friendly despite the busy night. I highly recommend the crab Rangoon and sweet rice cakes. Just a heads up, the cumin beef might be overwhelming for some. Overall, I can't wait to return! 🌟
