I ordered my food without sour cream and tomato like I always do.
Last time they put sour cream on it.
I just didn’t eat it and moved on.
Tonight when I got to the speaker, I specifically pointed out that I ordered it with no sour cream and to PLEASE not put sour cream on it.
Sure enough, I get home to eat and there’s sour cream all in it.
Not to mention they also didn’t get my wife’s avocado salsa that we paid for.
I have now had multiple meals ruined by this staff’s unwillingness to read the order and prepare the food properly.
Something needs to be done about this location.
I never receive good customer service and haven’t received a properly prepared order from this location yet.
