Subway

Good luck ordering here.
Since they took out the touchscreen menu in the drive thru, it’s impossible to order with the staff due to the language barrier.
It took me ten minutes this evening to try and order a kids meal off their menu.
I just had to drive away and go to another one.
The time before this is was also like pulling teeth to order.
I had to repeat my order like 15 times and so did the person in front of me.
I am normally a very patient person, but if it is this hard for them to take orders, they should have someone else working that can understand the customers.
It is very frustrating and I will not be coming here anymore.

Hello subway, For three generations my family has enjoyed Subway as a go to for a sandwich craving.
For years it has been a staple of our journey.
However, this location has decided to set a new low standard that came at us too fast and way too low.
The $13 “bowl” was only half full and maybe a tablespoon of meat.
The spinach was old and had turned black and soggy.
One turkey was to have bacon and had none.
The other turkey was supposed to have double cheese and had 2 slices.
The footlong that looks like just the bread was supposed to be a buffalo chicken.
Lastly, the double meat has shrank down to barely the minimum acceptable for a normal amount of ham.
I know I’ve read how hard Subway has been hit both by the pandemic but also corporate changes but this is horrible.
I’m sitting here thinking possibly this was for humor or maybe it’s supposed to be a set up for a new horror movie but I would have appreciated the heads up in advance so we could’ve considered our dinner choice.
The longer I stare at this sad excuse for meals it leads me to believe that Subway has decided to push their customers away on purpose to bow out of the sandwich game in the most horrific way possible.
Not only should you be ashamed, you should feel embarrassed.

The two that work there are not friendly.
Today really upset me more than usual with these two, my online order was sitting there on the counter for over 5 min while I waited at the counter and they both were in the back??? Usually they look like they hate their job and give dirty looks eye rolling etc.
it’s very unpleasant to go there.
I wish they find new people.
