I was at BWW for lunch as usual today.
For the third time, they're bringing dried-up hot wings and ice-cold French fries to the table.
Every time I complained, they say they can change it, so they must know what they're bringing.
If you don't say anything, they'll serve you the leftover meal.
Barmaid, After talking to the manager Bobby, he gave a $1.95 discount.
I paid n left after a few bite.
The quality isn't the same as it used to be at this location anymore for some reason.

There is a wait list for seating.
A wait list!! This is the restaurant right now.
It’s so sad looking. There is another party of two sitting here while I count 17 empty tables. Crazy!

This Location has the best crew in all the buffalos! Shout out to the front crew who always help the delivery drivers get their order on time and quick manner.
They are always smiling and willing to help. And I ate here before.
Their wings are one of the bests.
