Brassica at Easton Town Center is an absolute gem! 🌟 I visited during lunch and was impressed by the casual yet trendy atmosphere, though it was a bit busy. The counter service was efficient, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the Lebanese menu.
I opted for the salad with greens, grains, feta, and roasted cauliflower, topped off with the fantastic baba dip. It was so flavorful that I forgot all about missing meat on this Lent Friday!
