If you're in Memphis and craving seafood, you have to check out BrainFood! 🦞 Their pasta bowl is a standout - I'm not usually an alfredo fan, but the combo of lamb and lobster blew me away! While it can take longer than expected (over an hour), the wait is worth it for the perfectly seasoned lamb chops, flavorful shrimp, and crispy fries.

Just a heads-up: if you want that fresh-from-the-grease experience, plan to enjoy your meal in your car. Overall, fantastic food and a great atmosphere - just be prepared to wait a bit longer for pure deliciousness! 🍽️
