My Daughter and Granddaughter dined in last Friday, we got a 9-piece family with the tea four biscuits and two family sides, they didn't have mac and cheese, so we got french fries and dirty rice the dirty rice was freshly cooked and the fries were as well, the chicken was old and cold and we told the manager, he said he didn't fix it, when you came in the Restaurant you can't see the chicken it's hidden on the left wall that's a bad sign you can't see what you going to get to eat until you get it, that's the first store I've seen in Charlotte and anywhere that when you come in the chicken is not visibly displayed where you can see it, I mentioned it to the manager he said this is an old store that's why it's like this, three other maybe district managers we're there having a meeting at this time, this is the first time we have eaten there and we will not be coming back, beware they won't even serve you hot food when you're dining in, poor customer service and laziness.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo.
Chicken was hard as a rock.
No lettuce or tomato was on it.
Was not told at the window they were out of lettuce and tomato.
I went to the store and was told they didn't get their delivery.
I should've been told that before I paid for it, instead they served me the worst quality sandwich and had an attitude when I told them that.
I will never go back there.
Wasted money.
They need to hire people who care about food quality and customer service because it's obvious that no one there cares.

Charged me for 2 sauces that i did not recieve.
I Was the only car in the line.....
I never leave reviews but with the OVER INCREASE of PRICES ...
The quality of food & service has to Increase as well.
TIME FOR SOME ACCOUNTABILITY.
