Overall this was a decent restaurant experience.
For an airport, I typically lower my standards because I understand that even the nicest restaurants in an airport have the incentive to move quickly to accommodate the mass amounts of people coming in and going out.
The chicken bowl and the fish tacos were pretty good.
The guacamole was fantastic and had a tiny kick to it. If I could've have put N/A on the Service category, I would've.
You order from the table via QR code and there aren't really any servers that are assigned to you to greet you when you arrive and see if you have any questions. I'd go back because the food was good and quick and maybe it's a personal opinion but I enjoy being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of busy airport folks looking to grab a good bite and keep it moving.

We had chips n salsa (very good flavor, excellent portion size for 2 people), he had the braised chicken tacos, and I had the chicken burrito bowl and a skinny margarita.
Excellent food, chicken was moist n tender.
Burrito bowl had rice, black beans, chicken, and all the fixings.
I was stuffed! His chicken tacos came with beans n rice, too.
The skinny margarita was a VERY stout single.
Loved it.

Busy Mexican restaurant with a bar in Terminal 4 at PHX.
Overall the food and drinks are OK but the selection of both is fairly limited.
While the bar does have liquor it doesn’t necessarily have a wide selection and some of the standard mixers were conspicuously absent (they didn’t even have standard bitters to make a cocktail).
The food menu is equally limited, mostly tacos and burritos.
With the limited time before my flight I ordered the chips and salsa which were not bad.
I also ordered the side guacamole, which was comically small for the $3 price tag. Overall i’d say it’s a reasonably good place to have a drink and a bite to eat between flights, though I wouldn’t say it’s great.
The service was good, there it was clear that they were understaffed making wait times longer than preferable.
